Magnum Guide Service, LLC is steadily growing and expanding into new and exciting areas in an effort to provide the very best hunting destinations for "Magnum Hunters."  

We are currently hiring seasonal hunting guides and chefs for hunts in Texas and New Mexico. If you are not currently qualified to guide big game hunts for whitetail, mule deer, elk, exotics etc, do not worry, we offer our own "guide intern" training program. If you are a highly motivated, honest, reliable individual with a very positive mental attitude then you may be qualified to join our "Magnum Team." Most of our hunts have hunters arriving on a Friday afternoon then hunting Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, and departing on Wed morning. Top level guides and cooks work their tails off for $125.00 per day plus tips which average another $75.00 per day for a total of aprox $200.00 per day. Guide interns earn money while they are in training to become top level guides. If we are short of vehicles and you wish to use your personal vehicle we pay $0.35 per mile plus fuel. Guides must be able to; age deer live on the "hoof," accurately tooth age harvested deer, "field judge" bucks for the gross B&C score, measure and record B&C score and carcass weights after harvesting, dress game, skin, quarter, shoulder cape, full cape, photograph, video tape, excellent gun safety skills, basic first aid, handle hunters with "Type A" personalities, and work in a team oriented environment.
