Magnum Guide Service, established in 1985 and based in Eldorado, TX, is currently hiring for the upcoming Texas 2023-2024 hunting season. We are looking for qualified hunting guides and cooks to join our team. Additionally, MGS will offer a limited number of internships to those special individuals who have the desire, but lack the experience, to enter into the professional outdoor industry. Applicants must have a good driving record and a clear criminal background. No drinking, no drugs, no smoking, no foul language. Guides & Cooks, when working a hunt, receive a daily guide fee plus food, lodging and tips, which have averaged $350-$425 per day. Pre-hunt general labor (filling feeders, deer counts etc) pays $17 per hour plus up to $0.75 per mile if using a personal vehicle. Internships average $2,500.00 per month and may include meals & lodging. MGS staff stay very busy in season and Professional Guides may earn from $6,000-$7,500.00 per month. Apply today!
